Prepared Response Training

Join Chapter 92 for our March Dinner Meeting.  In response to the challenging security and threat levels around the world, we will be offering training on safety awareness and active shooter respone with Chapter 92 Industry Partner, Scott Zimmerman of K17 Security. 

It is imperative that we all remain vigilant and prepare ourselves for what to do in case of an incident.  These events can happen anywhere, and this dinner meeting will better equip us as individuals to identify and react to any situation.

This is invaluable training!  Any information learned at this training is relevant for all environments.  Additionally, this material includes personal safety training that can be shared with family and friends to better equip them for any threats they may encounter.  The Prepared Response Training will cover:

• Learning lifesaving pre-attack indicators
• How to develop and enhance your situational awareness
• Simple things you can begin doing today to make yourself less of a target
• Overview of some items you can carry with you that will make you safer
• How to prepare your mind now so you dont freeze during an emergency
• Active threat response options
• Personal safety information that can be shared with loved ones

Community Involvement Activity - Disposable Diaper Drive: The birth of a new baby often brings many financial challenges.  IREM 92 would like to aid with disposable diaper donations to Community Services Foundation.  This local agency will provide a diaper bank to local apartment communities servicing low-income families.  We encourage you to bring a pack of disposable diapers as a donation.  Thank you in advance for your support!

2017 Membership Incentive Program:  Chapter 92 wants to grow our Membership in 2017 and we want to reward YOU for helping us reach this goal!  Refer potential new members to our meetings and special events.  When those individuals become members YOU get the referral credit.  We are keeping track of the new members you refer to us until October 31, 2017.  The top three members with referral credits will WIN!
